Angie’s List is a member driven website that offers consumer reviews on service companies in your area. Not just any business can join Angie’s List; it is up to the members to report experiences with companies they have hired. The Super Service Award is the highest honor received by companies on Angie’s List. Eligibility for this award is based on a business’s service rating throughout the course of a year. According to the Angie’s List website, approximately 5% of the service companies on the site are eligible for this award and even fewer actually attain it.
